Sarah Sorenson, broker-owner of Whales Tail Realty, Inc. is currently the Immediate Past President of the REALTORS® Association of Maui. She served as President for both 2008 and 2011. Previously she served for several years in various capacities on executive committees and forums.
In August of 2007, Sarah created, developed, and launched the “REALTORS® Wishing Well…for Maui Students”. As a non-profit venture, REALTORs® and affiliate members of RAM assist Maui County’s 32 public schools to receive the goods, time, and monetary donations that contribute to making education a better experience for the students and teachers. In 2016, the National Association of REALTORS® presented the Wishing Well…for Maui Students one of their Good Neighbor Awards in recognition of the accomplishments and efforts that have been made while assisting the Maui County Schools, teachers, and students.
Coming from a diverse educational and occupational background—including several years as a small business owner prior to entering the real estate field—Sarah offers her clients a solid foundation of knowledge, experience, and a wide variety of skills. She’s lived on Maui for over thirty-five years and can confidently say she knows both the island and the market
